Job Requirements
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of required job training and assessments
- ability to work in compliance with company policies

- ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- capability to manage operational responsibilities including inventory and staffing

Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to deliver on business goals
- communicates department goals and executes company programs
- ensures adherence to policies and acts as advocate for members, associates, and the company
- collaborates with other team leaders to meet overall club expectations
- maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality
- ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, production, and quality standards
- trains and shares knowledge with team members on new products and recipes
- leverages digital tools to plan sales and improve shopping experience
- utilizes technology for immediate business decisions
- ensures operational excellence including clean and safe work environment
- plans and staffs bakery volumes effectively
- drives consistency in quality, food safety, and policy compliance
- maintains accurate inventory and audit compliance
- produces and displays merchandise according to layout plans
- identifies training needs and develops team skills
