Job Requirements
- Must have six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must complete all required job training and assessments within the prescribed time frame
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies and maintain a drug-free workplace
- Preferred to have Food Handler Certification
- Preferred to have bakery decorating and supervising associates experience

Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to achieve business objectives and execute company programs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations including product specifications, safety, and sanitation standards
- Utilize technology and digital tools to drive sales and improve associate engagement
- Ensure the bakery department meets quality, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and promote career growth
- Collaborate with other department leaders to meet member expectations and overall club success
- Foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture while promoting integrity and ethical standards
