Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Ability to complete all required job training and assessments
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and uphold company policies
  • Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks associated with bakery operations

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
  • Knowledge of bakery products and production processes
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and sanitation standards
  • Competence in using digital tools for analytics and operational decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food Handler Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to meet business goals and execute company programs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal trends
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and production standards
  • Utilize digital tools to plan sales and improve the customer and associate experience
