Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Ability to complete all required job training and assessments
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Willingness to work collaboratively and uphold company policies
- Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks associated with bakery operations
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
- Knowledge of bakery products and production processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with workplace safety and sanitation standards
- Competence in using digital tools for analytics and operational decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to meet business goals and execute company programs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal trends
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and production standards
- Utilize digital tools to plan sales and improve the customer and associate experience
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized bakery work areas
- Train and develop team members to enhance skill sets and promote career growth
- Collaborate with other leaders to align bakery performance with club objectives
