Job Requirements
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Adherence to company policies and safety standards

- Knowledge of bakery operations, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to use digital tools for business management
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Food handler certification preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Be a team leader supervising the bakery department team to meet business goals and company policies
- Be an expert maintaining knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and training the team
- Utilize technology to plan sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates
- Drive business results ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, and compliance
- Serve as a talent ambassador identifying training needs and fostering career growth
- Collaborate with managers and partners to develop and implement business processes
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity
- Lead and participate in teams to achieve work quality and adapt to change
