Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bakery production or team supervision
  • Knowledge of bakery operations, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to use digital tools for business management
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Be a team leader supervising the bakery department team to meet business goals and company policies
  • Be an expert maintaining knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and training the team
  • Utilize technology to plan sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates
  • Drive business results ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, and compliance
  • Serve as a talent ambassador identifying training needs and fostering career growth
  • Collaborate with managers and partners to develop and implement business processes
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve work quality and adapt to change
