Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness to uphold company policies, ethics, and a drug-free workplace
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Capability to use technology to manage bakery operations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in bakery production or supervision
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of bakery product specifications and food safety standards
  • Competency in using digital tools and technology for operational management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: Food Handler Certification
  • Preferred: Experience in decorating bakery products and supervising associates

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and ensure member satisfaction
  • Maintain expertise in bakery operations including production, quality control, inventory management, safety, and sanitation
  • Use handheld technology and other digital tools to enhance sales, decision-making, and associate engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant bakery environment
  • Train and mentor associates, identifying talent and supporting career growth
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to meet overall club objectives and customer expectations
  • Uphold company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
