Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- ability to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
- availability to work at 8435 Walbrook Dr, Knoxville, TN
- authorization to work in the United States
- physical ability to perform bakery duties
- adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- effective communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
- knowledge of bakery production including decorating
- food handler certification preferred
- leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Supervises the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan
- communicates goals and executes company programs
- maintains knowledge of bakery business operations and product specifications
- ensures quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are met
- leverages digital tools for sales planning and associate engagement
- drives operational excellence including inventory management and production consistency
- teaches and trains team members to enhance skills and career growth
- develops and implements processes for business improvement
- promotes and supports compliance with company policies and ethics
- leads and participates in team initiatives
