Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
  • Ability to comply with a drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of bakery production including decorating
  • Ability to supervise associates effectively
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to use digital tools and technology for business decisions
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Capable of planning and organizing work to meet business needs
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Supervises the bakery team to deliver the business plan and overall club success
  • Executes company programs and adheres to policies while advocating for members, associates, and the company
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal products
  • Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, food quality, and regulatory standards
  • Shares knowledge and trains team members on products and production specifications
  • Utilizes digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates
  • Maintains neat, clean, and safe work environment
  • Plans and staffs bakery department to meet weekly volume demands
  • Drives consistency in food quality, safety, and company policies
  • Manages accurate inventory, audits, and compliance
  • Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Promotes and supports compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Leads and participates in teams to ensure customer needs and business priorities are met
  • Supports talent development and career growth within the bakery team
