Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Ability to work in a safe, drug-free environment

  • Knowledge of bakery operations and quality standards
  • Ability to lead and train a team
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Experience in bakery decorating preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervises the bakery team to deliver on business plans and club success
  • Executes company programs and adheres to policies while advocating for members, associates, and the company
  • Collaborates with other team leaders to meet overall club expectations
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and compliance standards
  • Trains and shares knowledge with team members
  • Utilizes digital tools to drive sales, enhance shopping experiences, and engage associates
  • Ensures operational excellence including safety, sanitation, inventory management, and merchandise presentation
  • Identifies training needs and fosters career growth
  • Develops and implements business processes
  • Promotes and supports compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Leads and participates in teamwork and adapts to change
