Job Requirements

  • six months experience in bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
  • must be 18 years of age or older

  • knowledge of bakery production including decorating
  • ability to train and develop associates
  • familiarity with food safety practices
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • supervises bakery team to deliver business plan and club success
  • maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specs, and compliance
  • uses digital tools for sales planning and associate engagement
  • ensures operational excellence including cleanliness, staffing, quality, and inventory
  • trains and mentors team, promotes career growth and talent recruitment
  • develops and implements processes to meet business needs and identify improvement opportunities
  • enforces compliance with company policies and ethical standards
