Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of bakery products and production processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to use digital tools to support business decisions
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Experience in bakery decorating preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to meet sales and business goals
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
