Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Experience in food preparation or baking preferred
- Ability to operate baking and packaging equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic technology proficiency to use handheld devices
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling greeting and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean neat and member-ready area
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team communicating with team members and being flexible to business needs
- Operate baking equipment following recipes and makeup instructions wrapping labeling and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production merchandise ordering training and product quality
