Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management supply chain business administration finance or related field
- 2 years experience in senior management role within operations distribution supply chain or retail environment OR 4 years experience in senior management role within operations distribution supply chain or retail environment
- ability to adhere to drug-free workplace policy
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
- capability to manage multiple business plans and operational improvements simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Supply Chain Business Administration Finance or related field
- 2 years experience in senior management role within operations distribution supply chain or retail environment OR 4 years experience in senior management role within operations distribution supply chain or retail environment
- knowledge of business international relations and developing external relationships preferred
- experience with food safety lean manufacturing managing fresh or dry grocery preferred
- master's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
- project management professional certification preferred
Job Duties
- Develops and implements business plans and strategies for assigned facility to achieve production quality and safety goals
- manages financial aspects by monitoring expenses budgets asset utilization and analyzing reports
- ensures facility-wide compliance with supply chain quality and safety standards by developing and maintaining procedures and documentation
- serves as community liaison participating in local organizations charitable activities and promoting company programs
- supervises and manages associates and leaders by providing direction communicating goals monitoring performance and providing feedback
- supports continuous improvement efforts by driving implementation of Walmart Performance System and root cause analysis
- implements supply chain initiatives incorporating change management and performance monitoring
- drives execution of business plans by identifying customer and operational needs removing obstacles providing resources and measuring progress
- provides supervision and development opportunities by training mentoring establishing performance expectations conducting evaluations and promoting a belonging mindset
- promotes and supports company policies procedures mission values and ethics through training and compliance
- evaluates effectiveness of plans programs and initiatives consulting with stakeholders and supporting community outreach
- builds high-performing diverse teams fosters workplace inclusion and belonging
- attracts retains and develops talent recognizing others contributions and accomplishments
- acts with integrity maintaining highest standards of ethics compliance and accountability
