Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience

Job Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
- supervisory experience
- experience in logistics management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- skills in coordinating schedules and customer service
- knowledge of Walmart logistics systems
Job Duties
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- implement the business plan by managing staffing, scheduling, and coordinating workloads
- monitor and manage productivity through business reports
- maintain quality and safety standards by training associates and enforcing policies
- identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns
- supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- promote and foster a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
