Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the USA
- U.S. licensed customs broker certification
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in trade operations or customs brokerage
- deep knowledge of U.S. import regulations and PGA requirements
- strong leadership and communication skills
- hands-on experience with trade management systems
- bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, or related discipline
Job Qualifications
- U.S. licensed customs broker (LCB)
- 5-7+ years of experience in U.S. trade operations, customs brokerage, or compliance leadership
- deep understanding of U.S. import regulations (19 CFR) and PGA requirements
- demonstrated ability to lead broker management and customs entry accuracy programs
- hands-on experience with ACE, ABI, SAP, Manhattan, or comparable trade systems
- strong analytical and communication skills with proven cross-functional collaboration
- knowledge of Section 301/232/IEEPA tariffs and related duty programs
- bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, or related field (master’s preferred)
Job Duties
- Lead execution and oversight of all U.S. customs entries across import modes and brokers
- ensure broker accuracy and compliance with classification, valuation, and origin documentation
- validate and reconcile duty, tax, and billing statements
- monitor broker performance, service level adherence, and continuous process improvement
- partner with systems and data teams to ensure integration accuracy between internal and external platforms
- provide operational support for new business models, distribution strategies, and e-commerce shipments
- develop and maintain compliance reporting and metrics for leadership visibility and decision-making
