Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the USA
  • U.S. licensed customs broker certification
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in trade operations or customs brokerage
  • deep knowledge of U.S. import regulations and PGA requirements
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • hands-on experience with trade management systems
  • bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, or related discipline

Job Qualifications

  • U.S. licensed customs broker (LCB)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in U.S. trade operations, customs brokerage, or compliance leadership
  • deep understanding of U.S. import regulations (19 CFR) and PGA requirements
  • demonstrated ability to lead broker management and customs entry accuracy programs
  • hands-on experience with ACE, ABI, SAP, Manhattan, or comparable trade systems
  • strong analytical and communication skills with proven cross-functional collaboration
  • knowledge of Section 301/232/IEEPA tariffs and related duty programs
  • bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, or related field (master’s preferred)

Job Duties

  • Lead execution and oversight of all U.S. customs entries across import modes and brokers
  • ensure broker accuracy and compliance with classification, valuation, and origin documentation
  • validate and reconcile duty, tax, and billing statements
  • monitor broker performance, service level adherence, and continuous process improvement
  • partner with systems and data teams to ensure integration accuracy between internal and external platforms
  • provide operational support for new business models, distribution strategies, and e-commerce shipments
  • develop and maintain compliance reporting and metrics for leadership visibility and decision-making
