Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, event management, marketing, press relations, non-profit, or facilities management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage deadlines
  • Willingness to comply with Federal Deposit Insurance Act background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Manage Client Center reservation books, including reporting and metrics
  • Oversee daily meetings and events at the Client Center
  • Develop, implement, and follow protocols for client meetings, including security and catering
  • Coordinate with catering partners and back-of-house staff
  • Lead weekly BEO meetings
  • Survey client experience and recommend solutions based on feedback
  • Manage financials to ensure annual budget compliance
  • Support project analysis, new satellite Client Center openings, and handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor scheduling, and supply orders
