Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, event management, marketing, press relations, non-profit, or facilities management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage deadlines
- Willingness to comply with Federal Deposit Insurance Act background checks
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience
- Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Manage Client Center reservation books, including reporting and metrics
- Oversee daily meetings and events at the Client Center
- Develop, implement, and follow protocols for client meetings, including security and catering
- Coordinate with catering partners and back-of-house staff
- Lead weekly BEO meetings
- Survey client experience and recommend solutions based on feedback
- Manage financials to ensure annual budget compliance
- Support project analysis, new satellite Client Center openings, and handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor scheduling, and supply orders
