Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of events, event software, and web registration
  • ability to provide customer-focused service
  • capacity to work remotely and provide on-site event support as needed
  • willingness to work extended hours and overtime when required
  • adherence to EY policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • minimum of 3 years related event coordination experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Teams, Excel, and Word
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • knowledge of event software and web registration
  • certified meeting professional certification preferred

Job Duties

  • coordinate and execute small to mid-scale internal and client events in EY offices
  • facilitate use of Small Meeting Technologies for off-site events
  • source room blocks of 20-99 attendees
  • assist with registration sites through Small Meeting Technology, Planned
  • partner with event sponsors to understand requirements and manage event lifecycle
  • collaborate with EY teams such as CBRE, OSTS, and Creative Services for event delivery
  • provide on-site support for event logistics when necessary
  • manage special business projects for SES
  • maintain accurate and timely event data
  • complete all EY required LEAD and Success Factor functions
  • inform and advise leadership on priorities and resource management
