Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment

  • experience collaborating with internal team members and external vendors
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar, demonstrate strong work ethic in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment, ability to work with internal team members and outside parties/vendors, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with Microsoft Excel

Job Duties

  • Develop familiarity and learn the audit process for SRAM/Velocio customs entries to comply with U.S. Customs regulations, prepare work for an audit, update audit log, develop familiarity with U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal and pulling SRAM/Velocio customs activity reports, support with classifying SRAM materials into the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes (HTS), support the maintenance of HTS codes in SAP system, support with answering internal or customs broker inquiries (SRAMLogistics email), develop knowledge of current and incoming U.S. Customs and Tariff Regulations at SRAM and analyze the impact to SRAM/Velocio as needed, support SRAM's Sr. Customs Analyst in projects as needed, support updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SRAM supply flows, perform ad hoc shipping quotes, support with bid exercise: Small Package (reverse logistics) data
