- Two positive professional references
- Background or criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search updated every 5 years
- Negative TB test updated every 5 years
- Proof of health care certification
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts
- Availability for part-time employment

Job Duties
- Creates Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
- Delivers on our Brand Promise by owning the client experience and ensuring peace of mind for clients and families
- Assists clients with activities of daily living such as healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and transportation
- Meets safety standards using equipment safely and accurately
- Provides premium care approach to clients and their family members
- Responds to Care Services Center regarding scheduling inquiries and updates promptly
- Reviews care plans prior to visits and completes records accurately
- Engages in open communication with Care Designer to enhance client experience
- Updates availability and time off requests as per stated expectations
