Job Duties
- make in-flight public address announcements in designated language translating critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- provide culturally attuned customer service understanding unique customs and expectations of passengers
- assist passengers with completing international arrival documents customs declarations and immigration forms
- provide rapid and precise translation during in-flight medical emergencies security issues or irregular operations
- execute all standard pre-flight in-flight and post-flight duties including securing the cabin deploying emergency equipment and executing premium meal services
