Job Requirements
- must be 21 or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- fluent in English and a designated target language
- pass language proficiency examination
- valid passport with unrestricted global travel access
- flexibility to work varying schedules including international trips, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
- ability to read, write, and speak the target language fluently
- pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency exam
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- make in-flight public address announcements in the designated language
- translate safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- provide culturally attuned customer service
- assist passengers with customs and immigration documentation
- provide emergency translation during in-flight incidents
- execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties including cabin security
- deploy emergency equipment and deliver premium meal services
