Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk positions in Jurupa Valley CA
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems including switchboards with 1-10 lines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working day hours
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high customer service standards

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments
- Handle inbound calls promptly, answering questions with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
- Monitor, sort, and distribute incoming mail, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle all inquiries with confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
