Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk positions in Jurupa Valley CA
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems including switchboards with 1-10 lines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently and professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working day hours
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high customer service standards

Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
  • Monitor, sort, and distribute incoming mail, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
