Job Requirements

  • No experience as a flight attendant required
  • based in Seattle, WA or immediate surrounding area
  • ability to pass background checks and FAA compliance standards
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to baggage handling
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes
  • tag and weigh baggage ensuring compliance with aircraft limitations
  • answer phones and respond to customer inquiries about flight schedules and fares
  • make new reservations as needed
  • communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
  • make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
  • fly with the aircraft on designated PC-12 flights
  • ensure safety and comfort of passengers in the cabin
  • provide personalized safety briefings before takeoff
  • secure the cabin including all baggage and carry-on items
  • monitor passengers during the flight for comfort and safety compliance
  • offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
  • assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
