Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- based in Merced or immediate surrounding area
- strong customer service experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call
- must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- eligibility to work in the United States
- must pass background checks and FAA required screenings

Job Duties
- Greet passengers at the airport terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
- perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes
- tag and handle baggage while ensuring compliance with aircraft weight limitations
- answer phone inquiries and assist customers with flight schedule and reservations
- communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
- make boarding announcements and escort passengers to aircraft
- accompany flights as a Cabin Assistant to ensure passenger safety and comfort
- provide personalized safety briefings to passengers before takeoff
- secure the cabin including baggage and carry-on items
- monitor passengers during flight for compliance and comfort
- offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
- assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
