Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • based in Merced or immediate surrounding area
  • strong customer service experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call
  • must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • must pass background checks and FAA required screenings

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers at the airport terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes
  • tag and handle baggage while ensuring compliance with aircraft weight limitations
  • answer phone inquiries and assist customers with flight schedule and reservations
  • communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
  • make boarding announcements and escort passengers to aircraft
  • accompany flights as a Cabin Assistant to ensure passenger safety and comfort
  • provide personalized safety briefings to passengers before takeoff
  • secure the cabin including baggage and carry-on items
  • monitor passengers during flight for compliance and comfort
  • offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
  • assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
