Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • strong customer service background
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • flexible scheduling availability
  • based in Philadelphia, PA or surrounding area
  • ability to pass background checks and comply with FAA regulations

  • willingness to complete comprehensive on-the-job training in airline reservations and ground operations

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers at the airport terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes
  • tag and handle baggage ensuring compliance with weight and size limitations
  • answer customer inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and new reservations via phone and in person
  • communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
  • make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
  • provide personalized safety briefings and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
