Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and on-call
  • Must be based in or near Oklahoma City, OK
  • Ability to pass background checks and FAA compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers at the airport terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Perform passenger check-in, verify reservations, issue boarding passes, and tag baggage
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about flight schedules and fares
  • Handle baggage weighing and ensure compliance with aircraft limitations
  • Communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
  • Make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
  • Fly with designated PC-12 flights and ensure safety and comfort of passengers
  • Provide personalized safety briefings before takeoff
  • Secure cabin including all baggage and carry-on items
  • Monitor passengers during flight for comfort and safety compliance
  • Offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
  • Assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
