Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet passengers at the terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform all passenger check-in procedures including verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and tagging baggage
- Answer phones, respond to flight schedule and fare inquiries, and make new reservations
- Handle baggage weighing and ensure compliance with aircraft limitations
- Communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
- Make boarding announcements and escort passengers to aircraft
- Fly on designated PC-12 flights performing cabin assistant duties including safety briefings, monitoring passenger safety and comfort, providing complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages, and assisting passengers with deplaning
