Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Based in or around Columbus, OH
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet passengers at the airport terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform passenger check-in including reservation verification, issuing boarding passes, and tagging baggage
- Answer phone inquiries, provide flight schedule and fare information, and make new reservations
- Handle baggage weighing and ensure compliance with aircraft limitations
- Communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
- Make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
- Provide personalized safety briefings and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
- Secure cabin and monitor passengers for compliance and comfort
- Offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
- Assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
