Job Requirements

  • Based in Chicago, IL or immediate surrounding area
  • no previous flight attendant experience required
  • ability to handle physical aspects of the job such as baggage handling
  • FAA compliance training completion
  • availability for flexible scheduling
  • strong customer service orientation
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • perform passenger check-in including verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes
  • tag and weigh baggage to ensure compliance with aircraft limitations
  • answer phone inquiries and assist with flight schedules and new reservations
  • communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure timely departures
  • make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
  • provide personalized safety briefings and ensure passengers' safety and comfort during flights
