Job Duties
- Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
- collect co-pay and verify insurance
- deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced front desk environment
- manage patient records and information accurately
- handle inbound and outbound phone communications with professionalism
- coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
