Job Requirements
- Licensed advanced practice nurse or physician assistant
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or pediatrics
- Familiarity with urgent care procedures including suturing and foreign body removal
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to patient-centered care
- Willingness to work in rural or underserved settings
Job Qualifications
- Advanced practice nursing or physician assistant licensure
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or general pediatrics
- Knowledge of common urgent care procedures such as suturing and splinting
- Ability to maintain medical records accurately
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to working in rural and medically underserved areas
- Willingness to participate in community outreach activities
Job Duties
- Provide high quality patient care to OSF patients
- Deliver advanced practice nursing or physician assistant services
- Maintain consistency and quality of all services provided
- Keep full and current patient medical records including examinations and procedures
- Assist the Ministry CEO in managing practice costs while ensuring quality care
- Offer a personalized, patient-centric experience aligned with patient preferences and goals
