- previous experience in food preparation or related role preferred
- ability to perform early morning shifts
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- basic cooking skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food ingredients and set up the restaurant for daily operations
- assist the lunch team during busy periods
- take customer orders and serve patrons at counters or tables
- prepare and cook menu items to order
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- support team members with kitchen and dining area tasks
- manage inventory of prep items and communicate supply needs
