Job Requirements
- Ability to stand walk sit touch climb lift and read for extended periods of time 8 hours plus
- Ability to regularly and safely lift and move boxes and supplies weighing up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work in a noisy fast-paced environment with sometimes limited movement
- Commitment to maintain sanitation food safety and other food service environment requirements
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work varied schedules as determined by business needs
- Compliance with 180-day introductory period performance evaluations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service industry preferred
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English comprehension for job instructions and guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Job Duties
- Be in proper uniform all the time including nametag pants hat etc
- Wear a clean uniform at all times
- Be on time all the time and follow all call in procedures if absent
- Handle monetary transactions accurately including counting back change
- Smile and greet all guests warmly thank those who order and invite them back
- Listen carefully to guests take and repeat orders
- Look for opportunities to suggestive sell and do so
- Explain pager and numbering systems where available
- Explain coupons or other offers to guests as applicable
- Keep work area clean and neat do not stock personal items on counters
- Keep display case clean stocked and fresh looking
- Follow side duties set forth by management
- Have English comprehension skills for safety job instructions policy and guest service
- Clean as you go keeping guest visible areas tidy
- Have fun during work shift
