Job Requirements
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for long periods up to 8 hours or more
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must complete paid orientation and hands-on training
- willing to learn and follow standard operating procedures
- able to maintain a safe and sanitary workstation
- able to provide excellent customer service
- must comply with all health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- strong communication skills to foster positive customer and team interactions
- basic math skills for handling money and making change
- ability to safely handle sharp and heavy kitchen equipment
- knowledge of health department food safety rules preferred
- ability to follow written recipes and procedures
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to work effectively under the restaurant's operational guidelines
Job Duties
- follow all standard operating procedures
- maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, induction burners, dish machines, mixers, ovens, and refrigeration equipment
- maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times
- clean and sanitize dishes, fountain soda machines, hand sinks, lobby tables, chairs, and related areas
- fold and stock boxes, cups, lids, napkins, and other supplies
- adhere to health department rules regarding food storage, production, and service
- have thorough knowledge of Sexy Pizza's history, delivery area, and general information
- demonstrate proper knife skills and safe handling of sharp and heavy equipment
- follow recipe and cooking instructions accurately
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and all policies and procedures
- stock and maintain sufficient food product levels at line stations for smooth service
- portion food products according to standard sizes and recipes
- properly handle, store, and rotate products following health standards
- assist in food prep during off-peak hours
- open and close kitchen using established checklists
- assist in other restaurant areas as needed
- perform other duties assigned by management
- be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- stand for up to 4 consecutive hours
