- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they are seated
- Assist servers with all aspects of service, including carrying food and beverage to tables
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests
- Ensure water glasses are filled and refilled throughout the meal
- Clear tables of empty plates, glasses, and silverware in a discreet and efficient manner
- Set up and re-set tables for the next guests, ensuring all table settings meet our exacting standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and storage areas
- Polish and stock silverware, glassware, and plateware
- Ensure all necessary items (bread, butter, ice, etc.) are stocked and readily available for service
- Assist with sweeping and mopping floors and other cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure restroom facilities are clean and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Assist with pre-shift and post-shift duties as assigned by management
- Support the host staff with seating guests and managing the flow of the dining room
