- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and carry trays with confidence and grace
- A passion for food, wine, and providing exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they are seated
- Assist servers with all aspects of service including carrying food and beverage to tables
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests
- Ensure water glasses are filled and refilled throughout the meal
- Clear tables of empty plates, glasses, and silverware in a discreet and efficient manner
- Set up and re-set tables for the next guests, ensuring all table settings meet exacting standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and storage areas
