Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant management experience
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume service environments
- Proficiency with restaurant POS and reservation systems
- Food Handler and Basset certifications required
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of progressive management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Deep understanding of fine dining service standards etiquette and guest relations
- Proficiency with POS systems reservation software and financial reporting
- Genuine appreciation for scratch kitchen environment and menu knowledge
- Food Handler and Basset certifications
Job Duties
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during service ensuring elevated standards
- Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve service issues
- Lead train and mentor servers hosts and support staff
- Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork performance and growth
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures staff scheduling and reservation systems
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless communication and timing
- Assist in managing labor costs monitoring beverage inventory and contributing to financial analysis
