Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Familiarity with classic service styles and proper table etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work CAVS games during the 2025-26 season

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails
- Accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally in accordance with established service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including pre-bussing tables and refilling water glasses
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs, address concerns or complaints professionally, and strive to exceed expectations
