Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three years of experience as a mixologist or bartender
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktail recipes
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience as a mixologist or bartender
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktail recipes
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • creative flair for designing unique beverages

Job Duties

  • Design and craft unique and classic cocktails
  • manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed
  • ensure accurate measurements and quality in every drink
  • interact with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences
  • train and mentor junior bar staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • uphold all safety and alcohol regulations
  • perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • comply with uniform and personal protective equipment requirements
