- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least three years of experience as a mixologist or bartender
- strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktail recipes
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Design and craft unique and classic cocktails
- manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed
- ensure accurate measurements and quality in every drink
- interact with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences
- train and mentor junior bar staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- uphold all safety and alcohol regulations
- perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- comply with uniform and personal protective equipment requirements
