Job Duties
- Co-supervise a team of student employees providing guidance across functional areas including Center operations, events, and registered student organizations
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with student employees
- Support student staff development and professional growth opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events
- Provide on-site event support and coverage as needed
- Collaborate with student organizations to support their initiatives and programming
- Support programming and development for peer mentoring projects
- Meet weekly with the Director to establish goals, review expectations, and monitor progress
- Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the Center
- Support other Upperman and Campus Life initiatives as needed
