Job Duties

  • Co-supervise a team of student employees providing guidance across functional areas including Center operations, events, and registered student organizations
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with student employees
  • Support student staff development and professional growth opportunities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events
  • Provide on-site event support and coverage as needed
  • Collaborate with student organizations to support their initiatives and programming
  • Support programming and development for peer mentoring projects
  • Meet weekly with the Director to establish goals, review expectations, and monitor progress
  • Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the Center
  • Support other Upperman and Campus Life initiatives as needed
