Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or one year of previous job experience in lieu of diploma
- Six months of experience for senior level
- Demonstrated role competency for senior level
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Completion of an annual contribution as specified
- Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Act 34 clearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or equivalent for senior level
- Demonstrated competency in all responsibilities of the role for senior level
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Completion of annual contributions such as hospital or department committee participation, departmental projects, peer interviewing, or onboarding/precepting others
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors, offering directions and escorting as needed
- Deliver meals, water, and nourishments to patient rooms
- Transport patients and essential equipment or specimens throughout the facility
- Restock supplies, organize common areas, and support room readiness
- Answer phones, respond to call lights under supervision, and round hourly to assess patient needs
- Assist with unit-specific non-clinical tasks, including paperwork distribution and maintaining family lounges
