- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
- assume full responsibility for quality of prepared products
- comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
- stock and maintain food products at stations
- portion food products before cooking
- maintain clean and sanitary work station
- follow proper plate presentation
- handle, store, and rotate food products properly
- assist in food prep during off-peak periods
- close kitchen following checklist
- attend scheduled meetings and provide suggestions
- perform related duties as assigned
