This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. While the establishment operates under the McDonald's brand, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Therefore, all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
