Job Requirements
- one year of experience as a baker in an institution restaurant hotel or commercial baker
- one year of food service work or cooking experience
- one year of experience as a cook in a commercial food service facility or possession of a certificate of completion in culinary arts or foods and hospitality service from a certified community college or technical school
- ability to obtain a lane county food handlers card
- ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures

Job Duties
- prepare a wide range of baked goods including doughs cakes cookies pastries and desserts
- ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain high-quality standards
- manage inventory and keep all work areas clean and safe
- perform barista operations food preparation dishwashing and dining room upkeep
- provide outstanding customer service
- prepare and serve meals according to menus recipes or verbal instructions
- clean kitchen and equipment and maintain sanitary work areas
