Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Ability to bend and reach frequently
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift frequently up to 32 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Experience in managing or supervising employees preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control and operational management
- Ability to analyze and respond to non-conforming events
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing tasks
Job Duties
- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead inventory control efforts
- Manage operational efforts in production areas
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
- Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing
- Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts
