Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Ability to bend and reach frequently
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift frequently up to 32 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to bloodborne pathogen exposure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Experience in managing or supervising employees preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory control and operational management
  • Ability to analyze and respond to non-conforming events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing tasks

Job Duties

  • Oversee employee performance and scheduling
  • Lead inventory control efforts
  • Manage operational efforts in production areas
  • Work with donors to resolve concerns
  • Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
  • Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing
  • Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts
