Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Previous bartending experience or any combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
  • Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing with the Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Ability to do simple reading math writing and complex task completion
  • Must be able to work all shifts including holidays nights and weekend hours
  • Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral
  • Must have coordination analyzing precision working following instructions memorization problem solving independent judgment and decision making skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience or equivalent education training or experience that provides required knowledge skills and abilities
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and oral
  • Must be able to do simple reading math writing and complex task completion
  • Skills in coordination analyzing precision working following instructions memorization problem solving independent judgment and decision making
  • Knowledge of serving alcohol with care and menu products
  • Superior knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in regard to alcohol service
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to operate a glassware washing machine and to re-fill ice bins and beer bins utilize ice machines change kegs and transport empty kegs to designated areas
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card

Job Duties

  • Prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly courteous and timely manner
  • Input and ring-up charges for guest’s orders using the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including removing empty glasses bottles cleaning ashtrays emptying garbage sweeping mopping floors scrubbing sanitizing equipment
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis including before after and during shift
  • Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive clear speaking voice
  • Make constant contact with both internal and external guests to provide optimal guest service
  • Make recommendations to guests offer beverages with ordered meal
  • Assist the management team with orders and inventory as needed
  • Perform any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
