Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Previous bartending experience or any combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
- Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing with the Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to do simple reading math writing and complex task completion
- Must be able to work all shifts including holidays nights and weekend hours
- Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral
- Must have coordination analyzing precision working following instructions memorization problem solving independent judgment and decision making skills

- Knowledge of serving alcohol with care and menu products
- Superior knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in regard to alcohol service

- Ability to operate a glassware washing machine and to re-fill ice bins and beer bins utilize ice machines change kegs and transport empty kegs to designated areas
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card
Job Duties
- Prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- Input and ring-up charges for guest’s orders using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including removing empty glasses bottles cleaning ashtrays emptying garbage sweeping mopping floors scrubbing sanitizing equipment
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis including before after and during shift
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive clear speaking voice
- Make constant contact with both internal and external guests to provide optimal guest service
- Make recommendations to guests offer beverages with ordered meal
- Assist the management team with orders and inventory as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
