Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 2 years of security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Must maintain accountability and hold officers accountable
  • Consistent excellent uniform appearance and grooming
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Ability to write detailed reports
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid security license if required

Job Duties

  • Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
  • Hold subordinate officers accountable
  • Communicate effectively in oral and written form
  • Supervise and lead event security teams
