Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- At least 2 years of security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Must maintain accountability and hold officers accountable
- Consistent excellent uniform appearance and grooming
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Leadership or management experience
- Ability to write detailed reports
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid security license if required
Job Duties
- Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location
- Provide rapid response in critical situations
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
- Maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
- Hold subordinate officers accountable
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Supervise and lead event security teams
