Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Pass an extensive screening process
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by law or contract
  • Consistently maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
  • Able to hold subordinate officers accountable
  • Valid security license or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent leadership and soft skills
  • Availability based on event calendar
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in observation, surveillance, and activity reporting
  • Strong ability to respond quickly and appropriately in critical situations
  • Skilled in report writing with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of enforcement of regulations and procedures
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience
  • Personable with strong soft skills
  • Possession or willingness to obtain a valid security license if required

Job Duties

  • Observe, survey the assigned event area, and provide detailed reports on activities
  • Provide rapid response in critical and emergency situations to ensure attendee and staff safety
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and safety standards efficiently and fairly
  • Supervise and hold subordinate security officers accountable for performance and conduct
  • Maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in line with company policies
  • Communicate effectively with event staff, attendees, and team members both orally and in writing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills for report writing and documentation
