Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent (GED)
ability to pass extensive screening process
security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience of at least 2 years
age 21 or older as required by law or contract
accountability and ability to hold subordinate officers accountable
maintain excellent uniform appearance
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to work flexible event-based shifts

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
effective oral and written communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office
leadership or management experience
ability to read and write detailed reports
knowledge of enforcing security procedures and regulations
personable with strong soft skills
valid security license or willingness to obtain one if required

Job Duties

Provide rapid response in critical situations
observe and survey assigned areas and report activity
enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
supervise and hold subordinate officers accountable
communicate effectively both orally and in writing
manage event security operations and personnel
