Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in a similar role such as front desk or administrative assistant
- strong administrative and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with telephone systems and computer applications
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- friendly and helpful personality
- dependable and professional work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service or related experience preferred
- excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- excellent telephone skills

- strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Job Duties
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- answer dealership group phones and directs calls as necessary
- coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
- assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- provides administrative assistance as needed
- performs other duties as assigned
