Job Duties
- Host and implement event and activity plans to build awareness of academic programs and campus community
- Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and families through various communication mediums including in-person, phone, email, text, and video calls
- Connect with high school students, teachers, and staff in local school districts and engage with youth groups
- Maintain a busy schedule including fairs, school visits, presentations, community and campus events, and hosting campus visits
- Represent Grand Canyon University as the face of the institution in the Oahu, HI territory
- Work independently using critical thinking skills to support prospective students through the admissions process
- Travel frequently within the territory and occasionally to Phoenix campus to foster student recruitment and retention
